Kodiak Athletic Club is the go-to gym for people who want to get in shape, stay in shape, and have fun while doing it. We offer weight training classes, personal training, and supplements to help you reach your fitness goals.

How much time do you spend in the gym? I believe workouts should be more intense, not longer. If you allow an hour to train, the goal is to

get the most intensity of that hour, not how to work out longer. Compare a world-class sprinter and a world-class marathon runner.

Who has more muscular legs? Sprinter

Who does more work? Marathon runner.

If someone tells me that they spend two, or more, hours training in the gym, my very first thought is, "Must not be very hard"

For best results, try to make your workouts harder and harder, more intense, more pain, and longer!

Just a plug for Circuit Class! The most efficient workout hour you can achieve with minimal time, get the best of weight training results, with

the added benefits of cardio aerobic workouts, if you do it hard enough!
